For our custom “made to order” signs, please allow 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) to create your one-of a kind signs and shipping time to follow.  For our “ready to ship” signs and décor, please allow 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for your sign to be processed and shipping time to follow.

Return Policy:

At Basket Case Designs, LLC., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

• Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at: basketcasedesignsllc@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label if applicable.

• Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping Costs:

• We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Care Instructions:

Our signs and home décor are for decorative purposes only.  Any of our porch or door signs should be hung under a covered area or between 2 doors for longevity and to prevent any weathering. 

If you receive one of our cute signs with the bows on top, just give a little fluff on the bow upon opening the package.  As we carefully wrap our signs in bubble wrap for transport, the bows will not be as lively as they are supposed to be.  With a gentle tug, fluff and expansion of the bow, they will be revived and look their best.

FAQ:

Do we offer different colors?

               We do!  Please see the last picture listed and select your preferred color.  Keep in mind that when choosing a light color background, it is best to opt for black lettering.  When choosing a dark color background, white works best for the lettering.

What kind of wood do we use?

               For most of our signs, we use premium pine.  However, there are times that we opt to use reclaimed wood as it works best for the environment and the sign design.  For some of our light-weight signs, we use birch.  If you have any questions about a particular sign, just let us know and we’d be happy to assist.

Is the lettering vinyl?

               The lettering is not vinyl.  Our lettering and designs are painted on each piece using acrylic paint. Two coats of sealer are applied to seal and protect.

How do we ship our signs?

               Our signs are most often shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority.  There are times when UPS is used for larger items, but this is rare.  We typically use USPS.
